The St. Louis Cardinals won't have much payroll flexibility this offseason.
Bill DeWitt, Jr. confirmed on Tuesday that the club's 2020 payroll will remain close to the same amount that it was this past season.
The Cardinals had a payroll of roughly $162 million.
