The Seattle Mariners will give Dee Gordon time at second base, his natural position, in the wake of Robinson Cano's 80-game suspension.

The organization has already approached Gordon about the idea and he's "all in."

Gordon will need some time to prepare as he hasn't taken ground balls since the Mariners acquired him and moved him to the outfield.

It remains to be seen if the Mariners will use Gordon full-time at second once he's ready or if they'll split his time.
