The Texas Rangers are looking to add pitching this offseason and remain interested Alex Cobb.

"The Rangers saw enough value in Cobb last off-season that they were linked to him via a trade with Tampa Bay, despite facing his first full season after Tommy John surgery. After a successful season, he hits the open market still coveted by the Rangers," writes Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Cobb started a career-high 29 games this past season, altering his pitch usage to feature his curveball rather his splitter next to his fastball.
