Robinson Cano is having a hard time getting the New York Yankees to deliver a 10-year, $310 million offer. The Yankees are countering with $168 million over seven seasons.

Cano may get only as much as eight seasons from the Yankees as he's already 31 years old.

Many of the big market teams that could afford Cano are already set at second base.

The Seattle Mariners could be a wild card for Cano, but his decision to leave Scott Boras for Jay-Z to improve his marketing opportunities would seemingly be compromised.
