The Chicago Cubs will look to change their offensive identity this offseason and sources say they will make a run to sign Shin-Soo Choo.

They want to add more left-handed hitters and increase their on-base percentage.

Choo, who will be a free agent this winter, is hitting .275 with 15 homers, 37 RBIs, 82 walks, 14 stolen bases and a .412 on-base percentage through 120 games for the Cincinnati Reds.
