The Billings Mustangs of the Independent Pioneer League have hired Jim Riggleman as their manager.
Riggleman, 69, has a career Major League record of 726-904 in stints with the San Diego Padres, Chicago Cubs, Seattle Mariners, Washington Nationals and Cincinnati Reds.
