Aaron Boone says Clint Frazier will enter the 2021 season as the starting left fielder for the New York Yankees.
"Clint has earned his place," Boone said.
Frazier, 26, appeared in 39 games for the Yankees in 2020. He played 28 of those games in right field, with the remainder in left.
He hit .267/.394/.511 with eight home runs and 26 RBI during the abbreviated season.
