Even without baseball, the Houston Astros' sign-stealing scandal remains a hot topic.

Jason Giambi is the latest to share his thoughts, saying that the use of electronic sign-stealing is "no different" than using steroids.

"Everybody is always looking for an advantage," Giambi said. "It's no different than the PEDs. There's always going to be things going in this game when you're talking about people making a lot of money and wanting to win."

Giambi, a 20-year veteran, was outed as having used performance-enhancing drugs as part of the BALCO scandal. He admitted to a federal grand jury in 2003 that he took steroids and human growth hormone, and later issued a formal apology in 2007.
