The Los Angeles Dodgers view Julio Urias as a starter next season.
Urias has been used in a variety of ways by the Dodgers in 2019.
"We project him to be a starter for us next year," Dave Roberts said, "and many years to come."
His most likely role for the remainder of the season appears to be as a multi-inning reliever.
