A number of people within the New York Yankees organization believe Luis Severino was tipping his pitches in the team's season-ending loss to the Boston Red Sox this week.

Boston broadcaster Lou Merloni pointed out there was a tipping issue as the Red Sox were able to lay off Severino's slider. At one point, the NESN broadcast pointed out that Jackie Bradley Jr. mouthed 'fastball" on the bench to Mookie Betts on an 0-and-2 pitch to Brock Holt.

Near the end of his appearance, Severino stopped using his slider as frequently, so he may have suspected something. There have been concerns about the right-hander tipping his pitches in the past.

In three innings, Severino allowed six runs on seven hits.
