The Detroit Tigers aren't actively shopping Justin Verlander, but a team source indicated that they could be "talked into moving him" before the non-waiver deadline.
Verlander is struggling and is owed $70 million between now and the end of the 2019 season.
The right-hander also has a full no-trade clause.
