Manny Ramirez will make his debut for the Rangers organization on Sunday, when he plays for the first time for the Triple-A Round Rock Express.
Ramirez, who arrived in the Austin area on Thursday and started working out with Round Rock on Friday, will serve as designated hitter.
He batted .352 with eight home runs, 13 doubles and 43 RBIs for Taiwan's EDA Rhinos of the Chinese Professional Baseball League.
