The Padres have placed right-hander Dustin Moseley on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right shoulder. Moseley is San Diego's second starter to be sidelined in less than a week. He allowed five runs in a 6-5, 11-inning loss to the Dodgers on Saturday night.
