The Giants may use Madison Bumgarner as their No. 2 pitcher this season in an effort to split up Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain. Lincecum is expected to be the team's No. 1, while Cain would slide to No. 3. "That's a possibility," said Bruce Bochy, who has raved about Bumgarner during Spring Training. "Guys who are 22 are sometimes amped up the first time out. You see young kids flying all over the place," the manager added. "He had a good tempo, a good pace. He knew what he wanted to do. That's pretty impressive for a 22-year-old."
