Orioles left-hander Zach Britton will make his major league debut on Sunday against the Rays. Baltimore was forced to make the move after they announced that starter Brian Matusz will be placed on the disabled list with an intercostals strain near the left side of his back. "Could be anywhere from three to five [weeks] to four to six weeks," Orioles president of baseball operations Andy MacPhail said. "You've just got to play it out." Britton is excited, but didn't sound too happy about the way things played out. "I have no words right now. I have no idea [what to say]. Obviously, someone had to get hurt, and I am not happy about that. I'd rather wait my time in Triple-A than have someone get hurt. But I will try to fill in as best I can."
