The Red Sox have come to terms on a two-year deal with free-agent shortstop Marco Scutaro, MLB.com has learned through a source close to the situation. The team has yet to make an announcement, but the pact is pending a physical, which is scheduled for Friday. There is also an option for the third year which is mutual, according to the Boston Herald. With Scutaro set to join the Red Sox, All-Star second baseman Dustin Pedroia will no longer need to switch positions
