Abreu agreed to a two-year, $19 million deal to remain with the Angels last month. Damon's agent, Scott Boras, has mentioned the contract as a baseline for negotiations with his client. However, the New York Daily News is reporting that the Yankees don't think Damon is worth that much. The Yankees declined arbitration on Damon this week.
