With no offers coming his way this offseason, veteran infielder Ray Durham is contemplating retirement. "I'm ready to play, but if that doesn't come, I'm happy with retirement," Durham told ESPN.com. "I play the game because I love it. Sometimes it's not all about money. You want to be treated fairly, too." Last season with the Giants and Brewers, Durham batted .289 with six home runs, 45 RBIs and a .380 on-base percentage in 128 games.
