Joba Postpones Court Date For DUI

Yankees' pitcher Joba Chamberlain has postponed his scheduled court appearance for an October DUI charge for the second time.
Once a motion is processed, Omaha-based lawyer Randy Paragas said a new court date will be issued, which likely will be within the next 30 to 45 days.
