The Cubs still have their eye on free-agent right fielder Bobby Abreu as they continue to discuss a trade for pitcher Jake Peavy. General manager Jim Hendry is looking for a left-handed-hitting right fielder, but he stressed the word "patience" while briefing the media Monday night. However, the New York's decision not to offer Abreu arbitration could suggest the market isn't as high as it was a month ago and that the Yankees were afraid he'd accept a one-year deal in arbitration.
