After a 20-game stint as the Boston Red Sox closer, Curt Schilling is heading back to the rotation, Boston sports radio station WEEI reported. According to the station, Schilling is to start Thursday against the Kansas City Royals, while reliever Mike Timlin takes over the closer's job. Regular closer Keith Foulke, who was hit by a line drive Friday in a rehab session by Trot Nixon, is scheduled to return to the big-league team in the next few weeks.
