The Chicago White Sox are five games under .500 deep in a season in which they were expected to contend.

Rick Hahn is strongly denying that there is any discord within the team's front office. He insisted that upper management "are of a similar mindset as to how best to proceed."

"We've had a number of conversations, both [president Kenny Williams] and I, as well as Kenny, [owner Jerry Reinsdorf] and I, about the best way to approach the offseason and what we want to accomplish," Hahn said. "And once the offseason rolls around, we will start executing that plan."
