Korean outfielder Ah-Seop Son plans to enter the Major League Baseball posting system this offseason, according to sources.

Son, 27, is a left-handed hitting, right-handed throwing corner outfielder. He hits more for average than Jung-Ho Kang, who has flashed power with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The 5-foot-9, 190-pound Son has hit better than .300 for six consecutive seasons with the Lotte Giants of the Korean Baseball Organization.
