Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins re-injured his troublesome calf muscle in the team's victory over the Red Sox on Friday night. He did so while running to first base on a single to right field in the sixth inning. Rollins missed 30 games with the injury earlier this season and just returned recently. "I'm concerned about Jimmy," Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said. "He doesn't think it's real bad, but we'll see. When he pushed off (after hitting), I could tell that it grabbed him."
