Los Angeles Angels pitcher Kelvim Escobar has acknowledged that he will need surgery at some point to shave down the bone spur in the back of his elbow. "I feel good, but the bigger test is Saturday because a real game and a simulated game are definitely different," Escobar said. "There's 40,000 fans, a lot of adrenaline." If things go wrong on Saturday he hasn?t ruled out the possibility of immediate surgery. "Hopefully, I won't have to do it during the season," he said. "But sooner or later, I will have to."
