The Mets are denying reports that shortstop Jose Reyes may have suffered a setback while rehabbing down in Florida. During workouts on Friday, Reyes reportedly pointed to his injured hamstring while indicating that he didn't want to proceed with agility drills. However, a team spokesman denied the eyewitness account by the St. Lucie News-Tribune, claiming that Reyes had just a light workout after a demanding day on Thursday. The New York Daily News pointed out, however, that the Mets have a shaky history in terms of disclosing injury progress.
