Red Sox shortstop Julio Lugo will miss three-to-four weeks of action after having an arthroscopic procedure on his right knee. The team is assuming that Lugo has a torn meniscus, but if the procedure determines that he doesn't, he could return to the field by the end of the month. "It's a pretty simple procedure, and it's a really simple repair," general manager Theo Epstein said. "Our expectation is he's going to be back and available real close to Opening Day. If he misses time in the season, we are talking days unless we find something we don't expect to find in there."
