Indians starter Mitch Talbot left Sunday's game against the Twins after only 14 pitches because of shoulder inflammation.

Talbot walked Minnesota's Denard Span on five pitches, then yielded back-to-back singles to Orlando Hudson and Joe Mauer before he was taken out of the game.
