The Nationals on Thursday signed free agent infielder Aaron Boone to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Nationals also signed outfielders Wily Mo Pena and Ryan Langerhans to one-year contracts, avoiding salary arbitration with both players.
