Cory Lidle's widow, Melanie, and young son, Christopher, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch Monday before the Yankees take on Tampa Bay, the Yankees announced Thursday. Lidle was killed in October when his small plane crashed into a Manhattan high-rise during an aerial tour of the city. His parents, Doug and Lisa, and twin brother, Kevin, also will attend the Opening Day ceremonies at Yankee Stadium.
