Just days away from their first home game of the season, the Toronto Blue Jays remain without a home ballpark for 2020.

After the Canadian government denied the club's request for approval to play games in Toronto's Rogers Centre, they were reportedly granted approval to play a majority of their home games at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. However, the plan was rejected by the state of Pennsylvania.

The Blue Jays continue to explore options, including traveling to the city of each scheduled opponent and playing as the home team.

Toronto's first "home" game is scheduled for July 29.
