Aroldis Chapman has denied a report that he intends to opt out of his contract with the New York Yankees this offseason.

Chapman can exercise his opt-out clause after this season with two years and $30 million guaranteed remaining on his deal.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reported that a source close to Chapman predicted the closer is "one million percent" going to opt out of his contract at the end of the season.

Chapman said Wednesday that he hasn't yet discussed the matter with his agent and called the report "completely false."
