The New York Yankees have been looking to add depth to their rotation all offseason, but they aren't expected to jump on any of the top remaining starters.

Aaron Boone said on Sunday that Alex Cobb and Lance Lynn "aren't really in play" for the Yankees at the moment. The club doesn't want to spend big or give up draft picks to sign a qualified free agent.

The Yankees are reportedly $15 million under the $197 million luxury tax threshold -- separate from the $10 million they planned to set aside for midseason additions.
