The Miami Marlins have agreed upon the framework of a trade with both the San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals.

The deals are on hold while the Marlins wait for Stanton to inform them if he'll accept a trade to either team.

Stanton reportedly prefers a trade to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
