Rays left-hander Matt Moore has been named by 2013 AL All-Star manager Jim Leyland to replace Rangers right-hander Yu Darvish on the AL's active roster for the 84th All-Star Game, MLB announced today.

Moore, who picked up the victory in a 4-3 win over the Twins earlier this afternoon, is now 13-3 on the season with a 3.44 ERA and 108 strikeouts in 107.1 innings pitched over his 19 starts.

Darvish, a two-time All-Star, was placed on the DL on Wednesday with a strained trapezius muscle.  Darvish will be recognized as an All-Star with full honors and plans to attend the festivities in New York.
