White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen has denied a report that he and general manager Kenny Williams almost came to blows after Wednesday's game against the Tigers. "I'm not in shape to fight anyone," Guillen said Friday. "Last time I fight I was 10 years old. Yes, there were a couple [of things] when we talked. First of all I don't fight. I don't think people can resolve their problems fighting. We just talked about the situation, and that's it." The Chicago Sun-Times quoted a source that said Guillen and Williams had a heated confrontation that almost came to blows. Williams was upset about hearing that Guillen had said the White Sox shouldn't have drafted Guillen's son Ozney Tuesday in the 22nd round of baseball's amateur draft.
