Cubs pitcher Carlos Zambrano got defensive when asked by the Chicago Sun-Tines how he would handle being shopped this offseason.
"I don't care," Zambrano said. "If the Cubs want to trade me, it's because they don't like me anymore. And I have to move on. What else can I do? Just move on."
If the Cubs were to trade Zambrano, who has $54 million left on a contract that runs through the 2012 season, he would have to waive his no-trade clause.
"I don't want to," Zambrano said of possibly waiving the clause before ending the interview.
