The third 2009 NL balloting update for MLB's All-Star Game was released Monday and two more Phillies -- shortstop Jimmy Rollins and outfielder Raul Ibanez -- have taken the lead at their respective positions. Phillies second baseman Chase Utley remains on top with more than 1.7 million votes, well ahead of the Dodgers' Orlando Hudson and Milwaukee's Rickie Weeks.
