The Orioles say that they would still have signed free agent Miguel Tejada back in 2003 even if they were aware of his newfound age, according to the Baltimore Sun. Tejada revealed to the Astros that he is 33 years old, not 31 as believed. "I don't think it matters being a couple years," said Orioles' Executive Vice President Mike Flanagan, who signed Tejada to a six-year, $72 million contract in December 2003. "That still would have been considered his prime."
