Eight-and-a-half months after undergoing right rotator cuff surgery, Bartolo Colon is ready to make his first start of the season for the Angels. Colon will be activated before Saturday night's game against the Mariners. The 2005 AL Cy Young Award winner, Colon made just 10 starts last season before undergoing surgery to repair a partial tear in his rotator cuff in early August. Colon, who turns 34 years old in May, made three minor league rehabilitation starts and was especially dominant in his last one, throwing seven scoreless innings for Class AAA Salt Lake of the Pacific Coast League last Sunday.
