Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw was placed on the injured list with low back pain on Friday, a day after he exited a 5-3 win over the Giants before the fifth inning.
The club activated infielder/outfielder Chris Taylor from the IL, recalled right-hander Reyes Moronta and optioned outfielder James Outman in corresponding moves.
