The Chicago White Sox will hire Todd Steverson as their new hitting coach, a Major League source has confirmed.
Steverson most recently served as the minor league hitting coordinator for the Oakland Athletics.
The 42-year-old replaces Jeff Manto, who was fired as White Sox hitting coach days before the conclusion of the season.
