Major League Baseball acted quickly and handed out suspensions and fines to a total of 10 members of the Angels and Rangers based on the events of the team's two-game series that ended Wednesday in a bench-clearing scrum. Angels second baseman Adam Kennedy and relievers Kevin Gregg and Brendan Donnelly were each suspended for four games for their actions that led to Wednesday's altercation. Kennedy and Gregg will not appeal the ruling and are set to begin their suspensions tonight against the Mariners. Both will be available next Tuesday when the Angels begin a three-game series with the Red Sox. Angels manager Mike Scioscia was suspended for three games, while Rangers manager Buck Showalter will miss four games. Angels bench coach Ron Roenicke was suspended for one game.
