Oct 15, 2014 6:38 PM
Red Sox pitcher Bobby Jenks, who had surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in December to remove bone fragments from his lower back, underwent a second spinal decompression recently and is unlikely to be ready for the start of spring training, a major league source told The Boston Globe.
Jenks, 30, is in the second year of a two-year, $12M contract.
