Jake Peavy's latest setback will delay his next rehab start until April 28, according to The Chicago Tribune. Peavy will have his next rehabilitation start skipped after team doctors diagnosed irritation near his reattached latissimus dorsi muscle near his right shoulder after lasting only 15 pitches in a rehab start Monday night for Double-A Birmingham. An MRI revealed no abnormalities and Peavy will be placed on a six-day course of anti-inflammatory medicine. He will resume a throwing program Friday with the possibility he could make his next rehab start April 28.
