Although they'll still listen to offers, the Devil Rays will stop active discussions in the trade market for Julio Lugo for now, the St. Petersburg Times reports. "We'll listen to any other club's thoughts on any possible deal," Devil Rays executive vice president Andrew Friedman said. "It's our responsibility to do so. But we're also looking to build off the success we had in the second half (of 2005) and continuing our process of developing a competitive team that we can sustain for many years."
