White Sox first baseman Paul Konerko could be headed to the disabled list after strained a muscle near his rib cage on Sunday, according to The Associated Press. Konerko hurt himself during batting practice and did not seem optimistic about a quick return. "It's definitely gotten a little sore as the day goes on," he said. "They're going to see how he feels," Chicago Manager Ozzie Guillen said. "When you have those problems with the rib cage, I hope for the best, but I'm not too optimistic about it."
