The Twins are looking to land Rich Harden in order to help catch the Tigers in the AL Central. Minnesota is 4 1/2 games behind Detroit entering Monday's action. In order to land Harden from the Cubs, the Twins would likely have to send Chicago a pair of top prospects. Harden has been Chicago's top pitcher in the second half of the season.
