The San Francisco Giants have agreed to a Minor League deal with Scott Kazmir with an invitation to big league camp, according to sources.

Kazmir, 37, hasn't appeared in a Major League game since 2016. According to sources, the left-hander's fastball velocity reached 92-93 mph in his most recent bullpen session.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have agreed to a one-year, $2.25 million deal with Tyler Clippard, according to reports.

The deal includes a $1.75 million salary this year and a $3.5 million mutual option for 2022 with a $500,000 buyout.

Clippard, 36, had a 2.77 ERA in 26 appearances with the Minnesota Twins last season.

The Atlanta Braves have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Jake Lamb, according to a source.

Lamb hit 59 home runs and produced an .843 OPS for the Arizona Diamondbacks over the 2016 and 2017 seasons, but he's battled injuries over the past three seasons.

The Oakland Athletics have agreed to terms on a one-year, $11 million deal with Trevor Rosenthal, according to a report.

Rosenthal, 30, re-established himself as an effective closer with 11 saves in 12 chances for the Kansas City Royals and San Diego Padres last season.

He had a 1.90 ERA and 0.85 WHIP with 38 strikeouts against eight walks in 23 2/3 innings.

Fernando Tatis Jr. and the San Diego Padres reached agreement on a 14-year, $340 million contract extension.

Tatis was an NL MVP finalist and won a Silver Slugger award after hitting .277 with 17 home runs and 45 RBIs in the pandemic-shortened season.

Tatis made his MLB debut in 2019.

The Milwaukee Brewers have agreed to a one-year, $2.5 million deal with Brett Anderson, according to a source.

In returning to the Brewers, Anderson can make an additional $1 million in incentives.

The 33-year-old signed a one-year contract with the Brewers in December 2019. He went 4-4 in 11 appearances (10 starts) with a 4.21 ERA over 47 innings pitched during the pandemic-shortened 2020 season.

The New York Yankees have agreed to a deal with left-hander Justin Wilson, a source has confirmed.

Wilson, 33, went 5-0 with a 3.10 ERA in 74 appearances for the Yankees in 2015, he then moved on to the Detroit Tigers, Chicago Cubs and New York Mets.

He was 2-1 with a 3.66 ERA in 19 2/3 innings over 23 appearances last season for the Mets.

The Minnesota Twins have agreed to a one-year, $2 million deal with Matt Shoemaker, according to sources.

The 34-year-old right-hander can earn an additional $250,000 in performance bonuses.

Shoemaker made six starts last year in his second season with the Toronto Blue Jays, going 0-1 with a 4.71 ERA.

The Colorado Rockies have agreed to a Minor League deal with Greg Bird that includes an invitation to Spring Training.

Bird didn't play in a Major League game last season after signing with the Texas Rangers.

A fifth-round pick of the New York Yankees in 2011, Bird hit .211 with 32 homers and 98 RBIs over four seasons with the club.

The Boston Red Sox have agreed to a one-year, $3 million deal with Marwin Gonzalez, according to sources.

Gonzalez, 31, spent the last two seasons with the Minnesota Twins. He spent seven seasons with the Houston Astros before that.

His best year came in 2017 when he hit .303/.377/.530 with 23 homers and 90 RBIs.
