Ex-Major League Baseball player Lenny Dykstra has pleaded not guilty to drug and terroristic threats charges stemming from an altercation with an Uber driver.

Dykstra appeared in a New Jersey court Monday to answer charges of cocaine and methamphetamine possession as well as making terroristic threats.

All three crimes are punishable by up to five years in prison.

Major League Baseball said it found no violations by the Houston Astros with regard to alleged sign-stealing during the postseason.

"With respect to both incidents regarding a Houston Astros employee, security identified an issue, addressed it and turned the matter over to the Department of Investigations. A thorough investigation concluded that an Astros employee was monitoring the field to ensure that the opposing Club was not violating any rules," MLB said in a statement Wednesday.

Twins third baseman Miguel Sano was arrested early Sunday morning in the Dominican Republic after an incident that left a police officer with a broken leg.
